We get it—sometimes the fit’s not quite right, or it’s just not what you expected. That’s why we offer free exchanges and easy returns for 60 days, and if anything goes wrong, a 12-month warranty that backs you up.
Our gear is made to take hits—softballs, tackles, and fast-paced game days. Every vest is built to absorb up to 75% of impact and perform under pressure. But if anything’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

Wrong size? No stress. We offer free exchanges within 60 days of purchase —as long as it meets our exchange conditions (unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging). Just log in to your account here, using the email you used to place your order. You can find this in your order confirmation email. Select your order and follow the steps to request an exchange. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship out your new vest straight away. |

Your Zena Chest Protector Range is covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g. zip failures, padding separation). To make a claim: |
